Covid-19 - Changes to Clinic Practices

Face-to-face treatments will resume from Monday 20th July, but we will be taking a few extra precautions to reduce the risk of any spread of Covid-19 and to ensure the highest well-being of therapists and clients.


Our practices comply fully with the Government Guidance and kindly ask you to observe the measures we have put in place.


What can you expect?

  • You will be required to complete a screening questionnaire.

  • If you, or anyone in your household has displayed Covid-19 symptoms, please follow the Government guidelines for isolation and cancel the appointment with us. Once you have isolated and are no longer showing symptoms, please contact us to discuss re-booking.

  • Minors may still be accompanied by a parent/guardian providing there are no symptoms within the household.

  • You will need to wear a face mask during the appointment – you can purchase from us for £1.

  • Please only bring what you need into the clinic, no unnecessary belongings.

  • Please arrive for your appointment at that time to avoid contact with other households.

  • Your temperature will be taken before entering the clinic.

  • Therapists will be wearing masks, visors and aprons & will limit unnecessary conversation

  • Techniques may change slightly to avoid close contact over the face.

  • Please pay by card – you can also do bank transfer or secure payment link prior to the appointment; please notify us of your preference at time of booking.

  • Please use the sanitizer provider on entry and exit into the clinic.

  • All our normal high-standard cleaning practices (towels, disinfectant, hygiene) will remain.

Updated Covid-19 Data Protection 

Revolve MT will collect information regarding to your musclo-skletal system, health and lifestyle. This ensures we understand your position and can treat accurately and holistically. You agree that the information given during consultation and throughout the treatment is honest, accurate and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have been given the opportunity to ask all the questions about its content, and all of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I appreciate that although all reasonable steps to reduce risk of infections have been taken, including screening potential Covid-19 cases and undertaking increased hygiene and distancing protocols there may still be a risk of infection from face to face appointment. I knowingly and willing consent for Face to Face appointment to take place.



Revolve MT complies with the most up to date Data Protection Policy and has a transparent approach to Data Processing which empowers individuals to know about the collection and use of their personal data. We collect data for ensuring we have the right information for assessing your suitability to treatment, for completing the appropriate treatment, for contacting you regarding appointment follow-ups and for a referral to GP or other healthcare practitioners if deemed necessary. Your data may be viewed by clinic staff to ensure continuity of care is given and for standards clinic running purposes.



In addition, the data may also be shared with NHS Trace and Test if required to minimise the spread of Covid-19. We collect only data that is relevant to those purposes, and we keep it for 7 years. All information held will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be released to any other external party with the consent of the client. You have the right to withdraw or view your data at any time, please contact the clinic accordingly.
